To Clients and Friends of the Firm:

Good Morning:

We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented event for everyone that is dramatically impacting all of us in a time that, for many, is filled with suffering and uncertainty.  Our top priority at Lowe & Evander, P.A. has always been our clients, our partners and our Team. It’s become clear that the best way we can preserve the health of our community is by taking any action we can to help slow the transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19) while still being able to help and protect those that are on the front lines of this helping and protecting others- OUR CLIENTS and the health care and medical community, professionals and providers.

In response to the current situation, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan which examines all areas of business operations and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our clients. We are fully operational and want you to have confidence that Lowe & Evander, P.A. will continue to serve our clients during this time. It is our hope and expectation that the internal steps we are taking will be seamless to you. At this time, and effective yesterday (March 23) and until further notice, all meetings will be held as telephonic conferences or video conference calls as required. There will be no in-person meetings and our office will be closed to the public, with the exception of mail and overnight deliveries, until further notice. These precautionary measures have been taken to help limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our clients, for the long term.

Lowe & Evander, P.A. remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation in real time and responding rapidly as conditions evolve. We are still available by phone, voicemail, mail, overnight deliveries such as FedEx & UPS, and email and will be continuing to monitor all of these days, nights and weekends as we always have done. We believe it’s our responsibility to keep you updated with any changes that may impact how you work with us, so we will be emailing updates with any new information and what you should be aware of with regard to health care regulatory laws in the near future.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.
Lowe & Evander, P.A. wishes you and your loved onesgood health. Stay safe!
