Attorney, Lowe & Evander, P.A.
Aaron has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida since 2025. Aaron assists Partners Brian Evander and Michael Lowe in representing physicians, physician groups, and their respective insurance carriers in a number of areas of health care law and litigation.
While attending law school, Aaron worked full time as a claims adjuster, gaining substantial experience in liability analysis, medical evaluation, fraud investigation, and settlement negotiations. This allowed him to apply the case law and litigation strategy he studied at night to the investigation and resolution of claims during the day. Aaron earned his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University in 2022.
Prior to joining Lowe & Evander, P.A., Aaron worked as an insurance defense paralegal, where he gained additional experience in medical and legal research, discovery, case evaluation, expert coordination, and litigation strategy. As a Contracts Administrator, he also gained valuable experience in contract law and business operations through the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.
Combined with his claims-adjusting background, this experience gave Aaron a practical understanding of the full life cycle of a legal matter – from the initial injury and investigation through litigation and resolution – before he entered the practice of law.
